KruseCom Launches KruseContribute the KruseControl Program for 501(c) Charities
PALM BEACH, FL-February 28, 2011-KruseCom, LLC, the company that Buys, Sells, and Maintains Enterprise IT, today launched a new program designed to help corporate donors give to 501(c) charities. This 501(c) version of the very successful KruseControl program makes it easier for corporations to donate to charities while disposing of surplus IT assets.
Hank Laws, Vice President of Business Development for KruseCom, commented, “We’re excited to introduce this new program for the benefit our corporate customers and the charities that they support. Corporations frequently find it beneficial to take a tax write-off by donating surplus IT gear rather than selling it or simply recycling. Frankly, however, most charities don’t want a bunch of old computers. They want cash that can be deployed to further their chosen mission. KruseContribute converts those illiquid IT assets into cash that can be spent on whatever the charities need. KruseCom handles all the logistics. Once the freight arrives at our warehouse, our crews sort, audit, inventory, clean, refurbish, market, advertise, and sell the equipment. We then provide the customer with an online reporting portal, we send the net revenues of the process to the charity designated by the donor, and the donor takes a tax write-off. By employing this donation management program, we are helping corporations deliver what the charities need most.”
Donors and charities who would be interested in participating in KruseContribute are invited to contact KruseCom at 561-629-5713.
